Kris's Money Back Guarantee means you're protected if the item you ordered does not have a valid tracking number after 6 weeks from ordering, delivered to incorrect address, is faulty or damaged, or doesn't match the listing. You'll get your money back or exchange. Return shipping is free. 

 

When does Kris's Money Back Guarantee apply?

You're covered under Kris's Money Back Guarantee when:

  • The order does not have a valid tracking number after 6 weeks from ordering. *8 weeks during delays
  • Item delivered to the wrong address.
  • You receive an item that's broken or faulty.
  • You receive the wrong item. 
  • We do not honor refunds for wrong items purchased by customer. You are however eligible for an exchange. 
  • Not happy with the purchase of no fault of ours, yourself or no longer need the item then we review case by case just to determine if we cover return shipping. *item has to be returned to the store with all original packaging and condition to get a refund.
  • We do NOT issue refunds while an item is in transit to you. 
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered to the correct address then we will submit a USPS Claim on your behalf.

FAQ: What happens if I do not receive my order?

1. If tracking shows delivered to the correct address we typically follow a procedure by alerting the postal inspector and filing a local police report.

2. If tracking shows delivered to the wrong address we will issue a reship of your order immediately to the correct address.

3. If it has been 6 months and the order has not arrived and has a valid tracking number we will file a dispute and you have the option of a reship or a refund.
