USA to International has to pay shipping. Cost varies depending on location and weight but ranges around $15.99 for First Class Package International.

FAQ: What happens if I do not receive my order?

1. If tracking shows delivered to the correct address we typically follow a procedure by alerting the postal inspector and filing a local police report.

2. If tracking shows delivered to the wrong address we will issue a reship of your order immediately to the correct address.

3. If it has been 6 months and the order has not arrived and has a valid tracking number we will file a dispute and you have the option of a reship or a refund.
